The surrounding nature is perfect for walks in the forest and grounds. There is moose and may be a bear can be spotted. We can inform you about some sights nearby. Stugun village five km away has a food store, primary care centre and a petrol station. The peaceful, quiet setting and the cool, fresh air are pure pleasure. The river water never really warms up.Anyone wishing more including shopping can drive the 50 km to Östersund.

Included in package // You’ll live in a modern flat with five beds (no bunks) and rent an aluminium Linder 440 boat with a 4 hp, 4-stroke motor.

Supplements // Boat with motor, not incl. petrol – 2,300 SEK/week. Final cleaning – 800 SEK (not incl. washing dishes). Fishing licence – 250 SEK/person/week. Guided tours – 400 SEK/hour for 3 hrs; Guiding for as many as 3 persons in a Quintrex 440 Pro with 50 hp, 4-stroke motor and electric motor – 1,000 SEK.
