Dragsö fall fishing

A report from Dragsö Fishing Camp /// Hi to all, I'm sitting in my sofa and reparing a bunch of soft baits and tails that have been destroyed out there the last two days. A quick look in my bait bucket tells that these days I mostly use tails & bigger softbaits. Unfortunately, these kind of baits doesn't really last as long as jerkbaits when inhaled by the pikes. A lot of tails needs some love before they're ready to be fished again... But that is for sure a pleasant problem since fishing has been good!

Lakes Vänern & Vättern

The fishing in the big lakes Vänern & Vättern has been good lately, with good catches of both salmon, trout, char, perch and pike. Trolling is the most used method in the lakes as you benefit from covering large areas when fishing those big lakes. But perch fishing is mostly done from anchored boat above structures and shallow areas.

Lapland perch & pike

Again we get some nice reports from fishing guide Marcus Teilus from Lapland. He specializes in pike and perch fishing in the northern parts of Sweden, and we can really tell that there are many unpressured lakes with nice pike- and perchfishing. Pictured are some good fish from the last few weeks, perch around 1 kg and pike over 10 kg. Great fishes from unfished waters.
